The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Analyzing the European market to identify key opportunities and define and implement our entry strategy for optimal market penetration
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and potential partners in the European market to drive revenue growth.
  • Hiring, training, and managing a team of Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
  • Setting clear KPIs and sales targets, ensuring the team's alignment with company goals.
  • Fostering a high-performance sales culture through coaching, feedback, and continuous learning opportunities
  • Providing regular updates on sales progress, challenges, and market feedback to senior leadership.
  • Working closely with other teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and experience.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 7+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally to IT Managers, CISOs & CTOs
  • You have a proven track record in developing and executing Go-to-market strategies and driving sales for the European market
  • You possess prior experience driving 0-1 growth journey for SaaS products
  • You are experienced in building and running high-performing sales teams
  • You are an entrepreneurial, structured-thinking, and goal-oriented professional
