Manager Customer Experience & Product Testing (m/f/d)
What you'll do
- As part of a new product launch, you'll take care of the organization & execution of e2e tests (business trials) to provide our customers with the best possible product experience
- You'll be responsible for selecting relevant customer segments and developing suitable test scenarios and strategies
- You're responsible for analyzing trialist feedback and deriving possible optimizations including the associated priorities
- In addition to regular reporting of results, your day-to-day work will also involve communicating with various stakeholders, especially in the areas of product development, IT and commercial business units
- You make a key contribution to the preparation of important stakeholder presentations
What you'll bring
- You've a degree with a focus on Economics and 2-4 years of experience in conducting E2E tests
- Your professional experience has enabled you to acquire very good knowledge of agile product development and experience in independent project management
- You're characterized by your communication and presentation skills and your understanding of customers
- You've a high affinity for IT and enjoy working with and processing data
- Good German and English skills round off your profile
