You'll be customising the HCM Solution; alongside Configuration, Solution Design and Optimisations. As a Customer-Facing Expert;

you're already confident giving Workshops and Support in German & English. What's more, you'll be learning from some of the best in the business.

Deine Aufgaben :

• You're an SAP HCM Functional Specialist - dealing with, sometimes complex, solution implementations and a desire to build on your own personal development.
• Consulting in English & German; you can travel (up to 60%) inside Germany to meet your customers on a regular basis.
• Hands-On - Customising and Optimisations are where you shine.
• You'll be working on SAP S / 4HANA Digital Transformation Projects inside the HCM Specific Team.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten :

• You know SAP HCM - ideally expertise with PA, PT, PY and OM.
• S / 4HANA Functional Experience.
• You are fluent in German & English (C1 Level or higher).
• You have a desire to improve on your skills in a Long-Term role.
