In your role you will be the deputy of the TI SES BC Head and responsible for the Performance Controlling team. You are participating in the ramp up of Siemens Energy’s Electrolyzer business for green hydrogen.
You and your team ensure financial transparency and provide the organization with the necessary information for decision-making. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Monitor business-relevant KPIs to drive SES performance and support strategic goals.
- Ensure high transparency and accuracy for all SES KPIs.
- Develop and lead a team of young, dynamic controllers with direct reporting lines.
- Lead budget and forecast activities; prepare month-end closing review meetings.
- Prepare management presentations for upper management and board members.
- Identify and implement process standardizations and improvements; increase efficiency, automation, and digitalization in KPI reporting.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or comparable education
- Proven professional experience in finance, ideally controlling
- High degree of motivation, initiative, high-quality standards, and results-oriented work
- Strong presentation and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and address competing priorities, while ensuring deadlines are met on time and with accuracy
- Expert in using MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, F+; fluent in English, German is an advantage; first experiences in current business intelligence tools ( SAP Analytical Clouds) and interest to expand these skills
