For our Distribution Center in Hamburg-Allermöhe we are looking for you as a :
WAREHOUSE SPECIALIST (m / f / d) full-time as maternity cover

In this role you will be located in our EMEA Distribution Center, the heart of Pandora’s supply chain in EMEA. Currently the DC is going through an agile transformation as we are moving from our current systems to a new supplier.
You will be working closely with all parts of the DC, especially also with our Agile delivery teams to support a smooth go live as much as possible.
Additionally, there is an ERP transformation on the horizon as well so plenty of opportunities for growth and challenges ahead.
WE DELIVER - YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY WITH US IS
- You will support and execute the rollout of our OMNI Channel ambitions, focusing on our Warehouse Management System, Transportation Management System, among other relevant background and integrations systems.
- The input for template building, performing user acceptance testing and go-live activities are part of your daily tasks
- You work hands-on with designing, testing and delivering changes to processes and their documentation
- You will participate in workshops and perform reviews of processes and systems together with customers
- You will prepare and facilitate trainings for Super and End Users, assuring proper documentation is being used and users are able to operate new system as expected
- Internal and external stakeholder management will be key in this role
- The communication to and feedback from stakeholders

- You bring experience handling warehouse management systems
- You know agile ways of working and Scrum
- Highly developed analytical as well as strong facilitator and stakeholder management skills characterise you
- You have advanced knowledge of MS office, especially in Excel and Visio
- Ideally, you are a strong communicator, eager to get the answers on open topics, as well as a curios and ambitious team player
- Fluent verbal and written skills in English are a must
- Prior touch points with Lean, Six Sigma, Problem Solving Techniques will be beneficial
