YOUR ROLE
- Join a global cross functional team, driving sales growth globally in Henkel's Electronic Materials (AME) division, focusing on Semiconductor market and customers in Europe
- Responsibility for European revenue targets, as well as Henkel product qualifications mainly at Germany / Austria based Key Accounts resulting in global sales growth
- Identifying and exploring new growth areas and opportunities at assigned Key Accounts, and building / driving / executing an attractive project pipeline at each account
- Formulation, execution and regularly update of your Key Account strategy including ambitious annual revenue, forecasting, and long-term target plan
- Translating Key Account’s business strategy and priorities into Henkel product offering and development roadmap
- Providing clear direction and leadership to cross functional Henkel teams regarding assigned Key Accounts, team member responsibilities and expectations
- Working with global and internal Henkel teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of Henkel products and new developments
- Developing influential network on all levels and dimensions with a focus on strategic relationship development planning to drive growth
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science is a must, with Master’s or MBA being a plus
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales / account management with strong focus on technology, value, and solution selling
- Technical knowledge and experience in semiconductor packaging is strongly preferred, with marketing and strategy experience being beneficial
- Highly systematic, conceptual, and analytical thinking skills with a strong Key Account stakeholder management and communication skills across different levels
- Strong communication and management skills leading cross functional project teams globally
- Fluent English skills
