Senior Design Engineer
ROLE : Senior Design Engineer (Solar PV)
LOCATION : Remote (within Germany)
LANGUAGE : German (C1+) and English (Fluent)
SALARY : 75.000€-100.000€
My EPC client is looking for a PV Design Engineer to come in and help bring the Project design forwards. You will hold a key position, focusing on designing solar projects across Germany.
Your Responsibilities :
- Coordinating engineering tasks
- Running calculations
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to gather project requirements
- Understanding German regulation and DNO requirements
- Resolving design challenges and optimizing system efficiency
- Occasionally offering guidance to more junior members of the team
Required Skills :
- Strong background in engineering (ideally electrical)
- 3+ years of experience working for a PV EPC in the German market
- Worked on ground mount projects 10MW+
- Fluent German speaking (ideally C1+)
- Understanding of AutoCAD.
