IT administrator with team leader (m/f/d) in the healthcare sector
For our partner company in the healthcare sector , we are looking for an IT administrator with team leadership (m / f / d) as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).
In this role, you will take over the site management of IT and lead a team of two . Together with your team, you will ensure the entire IT operation at the site and take over the administration of the Windows infrastructure as well as the support of the clinical systems .
A start is possible immediately or at a later date.

Your tasks
- Coordination and holistic management of IT operations at the site
- Disciplinary and technical management of a 2-person team
- Administration of the Windows and application landscape
- Collaboration as IT administrator in daily IT operations
- Main contact for the internal departments on all IT topics
- Communication and coordination with central IT at the main site
- Management and coordination of IT projects, in particular with a focus on digitalization
Your profile
Initial) experience in managing IT teams and motivating individual employees
- Broad IT knowledge, from Windows client / server to application management
- Good understanding of software and initial knowledge of HTML and / or CSS
- Analytical and structured character to recognize correlations and further develop the IT landscape
Initial) experience in project implementation and IT budget management
- Very good written and spoken German
