This is a hybrid role with three days per week in our Berlin and Hamburg offices. Outside these cities, the position can be filled remotely within Germany.

What Will You Do

Advertiser / Publisher billing reconciliation

Credit notes preparations

Ops / Supply team Enquiries

Advertiser / Publisher Master data maintenance

Regular AR / AP Postings

Weekly Sync with Demand & Supply + Ops

Follow up on overdue receivables / collections

Support weekly Cash Flow Planning

Initiate publisher payment runs, revenue and COS accrual postings, intercompany postings

Audit support, Internal audit, and compliance

Backfill Billing for other team members

Undertake automation projects and lead them to completion (with supervision from manager)

What Will You Bring

University Degree in Accounting

A minimum of 4 years of work experience in Accounting

IFRS / US GAAP knowledge and strong Excel Skills are required

Experience with ERP systems (eg. : Netsuite, SAP, Workday, Blackline)

Ability to work in a dynamic environment and navigate through large datasets

Structured way of working with strong attention to detail

Strong sense of urgency and taking responsibility for own domain

Excellent English communication skills
