Principal Acoustics Engineer for Technology Development (m / f / d)

Your mission

• Setup, test and participate in evaluation of acoustic concepts
• Participate in technology creation and evaluation
• Build and maintain measurement equipment in our lab
• Verify advanced setups for evaluation are working as intended
• Validate and prepare technology demonstrators
• Validate and calibrate of measurement equipment in the lab
• Assure sound related reproduction equipment and other technical equipment is working as intended

Your areas of expertise

• Relevant work experience with automotive acoustics and concepts
• Bachelor degree (or higher) in EE Acoustics engineering (or equivalent)
• Insight in the field of digital signal processing
• Experience with blind listening training and evaluation
• Good communication skills and fluency in English (German and / or Chinese language knowledge is an advantage)
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript and MATLAB is an advantage
• Willingness to travel abroad (up to 10% of time)
• Eligibility to work in the European Union is required to be considered for this position
