Principal Engineer Process Development & Co-ordination (f/m/div)
Join our team as a Principal Engineer Process Development & Co-ordination and drive process excellence across our organization! As a process modeling expert, you'll harmonize and deploy & develop efficient processes, improve process verification methods, and develop a scalable knowledge management system to support process needs.
With your analytical skills and out-of-the-box thinking, you'll challenge the status quo and drive process change management.

- Design, verify, and release processes in a professional process management tool to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance
- Harmonize processes across the company , identifying opportunities for standardization and simplification
- Deploy the processes within development projects
- Establish automated methods to improve efficiency for process verification, ensuring completeness and consistency
- Derive improvements , such as a central, scalable knowledge management system, and enhance existing compliance concepts
- Support, maintain, and continuously improve the process architecture in close collaboration with process owners ensuring alignment with company-wide process architecture
- Define and deploy process KPIs across the organization , ensuring transparency and accountability
- Conceptualize and provide process trainings to ensure that process users understand and can effectively apply the processes
As a Principal Engineer Process Development & Co-ordination, you commit yourself to the results of your own team and the company as a whole.
Furthermore, you keep the customer informed appropriately, transparently, and regularly. Lastly, you cooperate across boundaries and appreciate the contributions of other people.
You are best equipped for this task if you have :
- A degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related fields
- At least 6 year of experience in semiconductor product development
- IPMA certification is a plus
- Understanding of automotive development process
- High level of analytical skill
- Ability to think outside of the box , and challenge the status-quo
- Comprehension of change management both technical and organizational
- Knowledge and experience on Methodpark-Stages tool
- Fluent English skills , German is a plus
