Job Responsibilities :

1. Mainly responsible for the after-sales hotline service in the German-speaking market, and solving simple or moderately difficult technical problems for customers through the hotline;

2. Provide necessary pre-sales and after-sales technical service support to the sales team.

3. Cooperate with the account manager in the German-speaking market to complete technical exchanges with users;

4. Visit end customers when necessary, resolve specific customer complaints, and promptly communicate with customers on on-site testing, R&D and investigation issues.

5. Provide on-site technical support to customers when necessary, and provide customers with installation training, problem-solving training, and new machine introductions.

Requirements :

  • 1. Major background in science and engineering, electrical automation, electronics and power related majors are preferred;
  • 2. Fluent in spoken German and able to communicate smoothly with German customers;
  • 3. Able to accept business trips when necessary (rarely);
  • 4. Serious attitude, sense of responsibility, strong communication skills and teamwork awareness, and strong pressure resistance;

5. Priority will be given to those with working experience in household energy storage and inverter industries.
