After a new client win in the Frankfurt area, Hudson RPO is seeking dedicated Life Sciences recruitment experts to join a Top 10 Pharmaceutical organization with ambitious growth objectives in areas of significant unmet need for patients globally.
As an innovative talent provider to the Life Sciences Sector, we are seeking a Recruitment Lead who wants to help solve some of the toughest hiring challenges in Germany including but not limited to;
how to integrate AI into Life Sciences into recruitment, finding talent to fill the jobs of the future, setting ambitious time to hire goals in order to speed up product launch cadence and ensuring that all candidates and hiring managers experience a world-class recruitment process.

How you'll shape the future of Talent
- Partnering with the hiring community, providing market insights, intel and honest counsel on the best methods to attract and secure talent
- Serve as a senior point of contact for clients and the hiring managers in the region, cultivating strong relationships
- Lead a small team towards achieving shared goals and operational delivery targets
- Manage a requisition load whilst developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies in challenging, candidate-driven markets to ensure a continuous talent pipeline
- Utilise data-driven methods to create reports, measure metrics, and assess the effectiveness of our recruitment processes

- Proven leadership skills with experience leading and developing others
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics, process optimization, and creating best-in-class recruitment strategies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and sustain strong relationships
- Your personal brand is grounded in communication, partnership, and integrity
- You exude gravitas, confidently navigating high-stakes situations, projecting credibility
- A keen understanding of business needs, be in and around people regularly to solidify relationships and partnerships
- We are looking to engage with candidates who are well-versed in delivering an exceptional candidate journey
- Highly skilled in indirect sourcing, screening candidates, managing stakeholders, and being responsible for offer management and full recruitment lifestyle
- Prior experience in In-house recruitment or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English and German language
