Paritas are partnered with a leading, global software engineering major who assists clients with Digital Transformations through a unique blend of world-class software engineering, design and consulting services.
The client is looking for multiple SAP Engagement Leads across the ERP space for a global SAP implementation for a retail manufacturer.
Areas will include MDG, ABAP, BTP and Central Finance. The ideal candidate will need to engage with the business on a more functional basis.
This role involves close collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure that project objectives are met on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP solutions, project management, and client engagement and Digital Transformations.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management : Lead and oversee SAP project implementations, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Client Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, and translating them into effective SAP solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor project teams, including consultants, developers, and analysts. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Risk Management : Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges and ensure project success.
- Solution Design : Work with clients to design SAP solutions that meet their business requirements. Provide expertise in SAP best practices and industry standards.
