Your Tasks :

You drive the transformation of our production network

Monitoring the performance of the production facilities is one of your tasks

You will also be responsible for managing the development of new work processes, setting up new plants, relocating production between plants and developing new analyses to improve performance

You will develop concepts for new improvements within the group and implement the accompanying measures

You will work in projects and workshops on specific topics and lead employees from the areas of production, graphics and customer service as well as central functions

Ensuring the success of the improvement by training local units through formal training, workshops and coaching is also part of your remit

You will work closely with other group functions such as Supply Chain Management

This role aims to prepare the owner for a leadership role in our production network

Your Profile :

You have a successfully completed degree (Master's or comparable) in engineering or natural sciences

You already have relevant professional experience in the field of manufacturing or similar

You have strong interpersonal skills to convince plant supervisors and managers to develop and implement measures together

You have experience in project management and strong analytical skills

Fluency in English and German is a prerequisite, as well as good italian languages skills
