Your mission
You will join one of the Group Sales & Marketing cross-functional functions, reporting to the Group Director Digital Marketing and Customer Experience .
Your duties will include to :
- Define and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively reach target groups and enhance brand awareness and consideration.
- Contribute to the Glocal Sales & Marketing (S&M) business strategy by co-owning and co-creating customer acquisition strategies with our Markets Marketing teams (MAs) and aligning overall marketing strategic planning with Product Marketing.
- Deliver a superior customer journey to create awareness among prospects, acquire new contacts for the database, and generate strong MQLs in alignment.
- Contribute to the digital roadmap by leveraging MAs inputs and build necessary digital capabilities in collaboration with the Digital Factory, while defining and driving the media strategy on social and paid media.
- Develop and execute high-impact content strategies that engage diverse customer segments, drive global campaign adoption, and ensure measurable success through the integration of GenAI capabilities and effective content management.
- Own and drive the performance of global marketing initiatives by defining KPIs for central and local activities, setting customer awareness and acquisition goals, managing campaign execution, and developing analytics capabilities to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- As a key member of the Group Digital Marketing & Customer Experience Leadership Team, lead a diverse team of digital marketing professionals, build a high-performing Customer Acquisition team, and ensure continuous growth and development of team members through effective leadership, structured onboarding, and performance management.
Your profile
- With a Masters degree in Marketing, you will have at least 10+ years' experience in B2B digital marketing, brand management in fast-growing and international companies preferably from manufacturing or construction sectors.
- Proven track-record in building and executing lead generation and customer acquisition programs.
- Experienced in leveraging B2B digital marketing channels, social media platforms, influencer marketing and emerging brand marketing trends.
- Understands the importance of a seamless and consistent UX / UI, experience in leader digital projects.
- Experience in a cross-functional & international environment, has shown success in complex matrix environments.
- Strong English language proficiency mandatory.
An analytical and strategic thinker with a passion for digital technologies and customer engagement, known for delivering strong results in end-to-end execution.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and presentation-writing skills, paired with attentive listening to understand user needs.
Self-motivated and adept at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks efficiently. Proven experience with Agile methodologies and work delivery.
A creative professional with a meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
