Piper Maddox is seeking a Sales Manager for an innovative company transforming how medium-sized enterprises purchase and manage green electricity across Europe.
The product empowers businesses to directly access renewable energy sources, making the transition to sustainable power more efficient and cost-effective.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales efforts, expanding their market presence nationally and internationally.
You will build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that advance their renewable energy / sustainability initiatives
The Role :
- Lead and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Implement and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, addressing their energy needs.
- Analysis of industry trends and competitors through continuous market research.
Background :
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- Proven success in selling complex solutions to medium-sized businesses.
- Experience with green energy, electricity markets, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to develop new markets and manage the entire sales cycle from start to finish.
- Fluent in German
