In this critical role, you'll not only manage and prioritize the product backlog but also lead in aligning product strategies with long-term organizational goals, making a lasting impact in a role that challenges and elevates your skills to new heights.

Your tasks :

• Backlog Management : Lead in backlog grooming and setting priorities that reflect strategic business goals, ensuring the development team's efforts align with broader organizational objectives.
• Agile Practices : Integrate and adapt Agile practices to enhance team performance and meet complex project requirements.

Mentor teams in Agile methodologies, promoting continuous improvement and efficiency.

Roadmap Planning : Lead technical roadmap planning, integrating technical and business objectives into comprehensive strategies.

Oversee the evolution of product roadmaps, ensuring they align with long-term visions and stakeholder expectations.

Collaboration and Communication : Manage and optimize stakeholder communications and collaborations, ensuring their needs and expectations are meticulously integrated into the product development process.

Efficiently communicate strategic decisions and roadmap changes across the organization in collaboration with Product Management.

and Quality Assurance Leadership : Drive release planning and quality assurance strategies, optimizing the release cycles and ensuring product features meet high-quality standards.

Provide strategic oversight and mentoring in these areas to ensure alignment with product and market goals.

and Technical Debt Management : Strategize product maintenance and technical debt reduction. Lead efforts to innovate and update product features while balancing necessary maintenance and technical updates to maintain system integrity and relevance.

Your Profile :

• Product Strategist : With professional experience in product ownership, you understand complex product ecosystems, strategic planning, and Agile project management.
• and Analytical Thinker : Skilled in leading strategic initiatives and adept at making informed decisions that align with business and technical objectives.
• and Proactive Leader : Demonstrated success in leading product development initiatives, showing a proactive approach to innovation and continuous improvement.
• Communicator and Negotiator : Able to articulate complex product strategies and negotiate with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment across all levels of the organization.
• Methodology Expert : Deep expertise in Agile practices, capable of mentoring others and leading complex projects with advanced Agile techniques.
• Player with Assertiveness : High competence in teamwork, coupled with the assertiveness needed to guide and influence others.
• Expert : Proficient in managing and harmonizing various aspects of complex projects.
• Proficiency : Fluent in both German and English.
