What part will you play?

You will be responsible for bridging the critical gap between operationaltechnology (OT) and information technology (IT) as a Product Owner for OT / ITData Integration in our esteemed organization.

You are tasked with theresponsibility of promoting smooth data integration across platforms to drivethe future of industrial operations.

This position offers a unique opportunityto shape innovative solutions that propel our company forward, ensuringefficiency, scalability, and long-term success.

• You willmake our customer dreams become reality and ensure the flow within thedevelopment team to deliver customer value fast and focused
• One ofyour key responsibilities is to define user stories and to create a productbacklog. This product backlog will be a prioritized set of customerrequirements
• You holdthe ownership of defining and prioritizing user requirements and youcommunicate closely with your development team regarding product features to beimplemented
• Youmaximize the value addition of the products that are developed by the agilescrum team
• Youcollaborate closely with various stakeholders such as customers, businessleaders, development teams as well as project managers
• You arefrontloading the work for the development teams; thus, they are able to deliverfast and value oriented

What you need to make real what matters.

• You have a master's degree or PhD in computer science, industrial engineering or a related field.
• You have more than 5 years of profound technical domain expertise working as a Product Owner or Manager.
• Proven leadership in software development across IT and OT sectors.
• Experienced in working directly with a wide range of customers todevelop scalable solutions.
• Deep knowledge of industrial plants, especially in data integration(shopfloor to topfloor).
• Familiar with tools like Confluence, Snowflake, Apache Kafka, ApacheSpark, Cognite, PDC Kepware, or similar.
• Agile mindset, thriving in dynamic environments with expertise in SCRUMand other methodologies.
• Committed to ensuring sustainable software quality and hands-on infeature validation.
• Reliable team player, fostering mutual trust and collaboration.
• Fluent in English, with German language skills being an added advantage.
