Partner with the best
You will be the Technical Support Specialist supporting the sales for Ultrasound. Acting as an ambassador for the customer, channel partners and sales, you will participate in conferences throughout EU.
As a , you will be responsible for :
- Working together and supporting our European international sales team and Channel partners.
- Supporting building and developing technical and commercial relationships with existing and new customers to deliver business financial targets
- Providing training on Ultrasound products
- Participating and presenting in exhibitions / seminars
- Developing technical and market expertise on products and applications, using this knowledge to provide pre- and post-sales support for key accounts
- Demonstrating technical equipment, providing customers and dealers with technical presales support and preparing & conducting sales presentations
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will :
- Have technical background from an accredited school or college with experience in Ultrasound is preferred.
- Have major experience in technical support / sales / applications.
- Have good communication skills to be able to communicate across the matrix organization.
- Knowledge of Industrial Ultrasound, preferable NDT UT L2 / L3.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident presenting to a wide range of audiences.
- Have excellent leadership, interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.
- Be able to travel 50% of the time
- Be fluent in oral and written English and German
