Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting :

System & Cloud Engineer

Your role :

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade IT infrastructure based on Microsoft technologies such as : Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, Exchange, O365 and Azure.
• Participate to different IT transformation and migration projects related to Microsoft Cloud solutions.
• Ensure level 3 support and problems identification.
• Implements standard changes and service requests.
• Write technical documentation.
• Build strong relationships with others IT teams.
• Technology watch and provide recommendation to improve the current infrastructure.
• Ensure related IT infrastructure solutions are implemented according to the defined Group policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

Your profile :

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related subject.
• Minimum 5 year’s working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting.
• Microsoft based environments : Windows Server (2012-2022), Windows 10.
• Proven cloud experience with Office 365 (Exchange online, MS Entra, teams, SharePoint ).
• Strong experience in virtualization, especially VMware.
• Experience with storage configuration and management.
• Good Knowledges on MS Intune and SCCM.
• PowerShell scripting skills.
• Knowledge of the following technical skills will be considered as an asset :
• Linux RedHat / Centos / Ubuntu
• Automation systems like Terraform, Ansible or AWX
• Unified Communication systems
• Understanding and knowledge of primary Azure services (Virtual Machines, MS Entra, Automation, Monitor, Log Analytics).
• Commvault backup solutions
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes (certification is a plus).
