Personnel Coordinator

For our location in Hamburg-Lurup we are looking for a Personnel Coordinator (m / w / d) for the next possible date. This is a permanent, full-time position (40.0 hours).

Recruiting :

• Implementation of successful recruiting processes for white collar and blue collar employees :
• Publication, writing and organising of job advertisements
• Application management
• Shortlisting, screening and submitting suitable candidate
• Search, selection, management and evaluation of external HR service providers like HR staffing providers and head hunting companies
• Recruiting via social media : Set up and operative management

Personnel Management :

• Supporting employees in all personnel-related matters
• Planning and supervision of training programs
• Coordination with the central HR department in the UK
• Procurement and organisation of all work materials and office equipment
• Coordination with tax consultants with respect to HR

Profile :

• Experience in the area of personnel management
• Strong communication skills, empathy and organisational skills
• Proactive and solution-orientated way of working
• Ability to work in a team and confident demeanour
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of English
