Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Leadership : Take charge of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on e-commerce and marketing software solutions.
- Market Penetration : Identify and target key opportunities within the DACH region, particularly focusing on large and mid-sized enterprises.
- Client Engagement : Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their unique challenges and positioning our client’s solutions as the ideal fit.
- Revenue Growth : Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company in the DACH region.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our client’s market presence and drive adoption of their solutions.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention.
Key Requirements :
- Experience : 3-4 years of proven success in selling e-commerce or marketing software solutions, with a strong track record in the DACH region.
- Regional Knowledge : Deep understanding of the DACH market, including key players, trends, and cultural nuances.
- Sales Acumen : Exceptional sales skills, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
- Language Skills : Fluency in German and English is essential.
- Customer-Centric : A genuine passion for understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions that deliver real value.
- Results-Oriented : A self-starter with a drive to exceed targets and a track record of consistently doing so.
- Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with the latest trends in e-commerce and marketing technology, and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
