Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with a proven track record of executing complex, high-impact projects in the digital space.

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving project delivery, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, and maintaining excellence across multiple concurrent projects.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of IT project management, exceptional organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead End-to-End Project Execution : Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Strategic Planning : Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies aligned with company goals and client needs.
• Stakeholder Management : Act as the main point of contact for clients, senior leadership, and internal teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout the project.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and issues early, creating mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Team Leadership : Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment, and ensuring teams remain focused on deliverables.
• Budget & Resource Management : Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while optimizing resource allocation and utilization.
• Agile & Waterfall Methodologies : Apply the appropriate project management methodologies to meet the specific needs of each project, adapting to changing requirements as necessary.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as needed.
• Continuous Improvement : Drive process improvements and innovation within the project management framework, optimizing efficiency and enhancing team capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Experience : 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably within a digital or tech-driven company.
• Project Management Expertise : Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects with a strong focus on execution, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.
• Leadership & Collaboration : Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Stakeholder Communication : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing senior-level stakeholders and clients.
• Technical Knowledge : Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and digital platforms.

Familiarity with cloud solutions, DevOps, and enterprise applications is a plus.

• Methodologies : Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies with experience in selecting the appropriate approach based on project needs.
• Tools : Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar.
• Languages : Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a strong advantage.
