Sourcing Specialist with German - (Remote, Recruitment, IT, Communication)

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Proactively build an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and repeat positions to ensure current and future talent needs are met
- Source candidates using various platforms
- Screen and interview candidates via phone
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates
- Arrange interviews and support the hiring manager with coordinating schedules for interviews
- Ensure a positive end-to-end interview experience for all candidates
- Liaise with hiring managers to ensure you have regular progress updates
- Provide feedback to all candidates
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of the IT industry, recruiting, and market trends
- Knowledge of Boolean searching and a great understanding of how and where to source suitable talent
- Able to build credibility and strong relationships with candidates in order to grow your network
- Able to build strong relationships within the team and with upper management or stakeholders
- Ability to think creatively to source passive talent
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System is nice to have
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills at all levels
- Flexible and able to work under pressure
- High-energy and passion
- Ability to work autonomously
- Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
- Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
