For our client in the aerospace industry we are looking for motivated candidates for the location Bremen Germany for the following position with immediate effect and within the framework of temporary employment :

Your responsibilities :

The Jobholder (d / f / m) will work as Buyer for Standard Parts

• Support Request For Proposal (RFP)-Projects and Contract extensions
• Contribute to RFP-Projects - coordinate relevant documents and tasks with the related functions(Engineering, R&T, Procurement, Programmes), incl.

preparation of Selection Reports and FinalAward s in line with the decisions

• Contribute and negotiate some SCA (Supplemental Commercial Agreement) or Material Contract sfor RFP s and Contract Extensions (Amendments) in terms of the De-risking project with somepotential bidders or contract holders
• Support the buyers to implement given policies / targets and ensure Derisking policies being properlyintegrated in such Contracts Extensions
• Contribute and support the buyer to implement market strategies based on current supplier panel,technology intelligence and benchmark in all sourcing activities
• Contribute and Support to Manage suppliers’ contracts, including claims, contractual reviewmeetings, and definition of continuous improvement targets (commercial competitiveness, qualityand delivery performance etc.)
• Ensure accuracy and respect of commercial Terms & Conditions in all Airbus IT systems

Personal requirements :

• Good communication skills to ensure the flow of information
• The ability to integrate into a team
• High level of responsibility, resilience and organizational skills

Studies :

• Industrial engineering, at least a bachelor's degreeor
• Business administration, at least a bachelor's degreeor
• Supply chain / logistics, at least a bachelor's degree

Professional experience :

• Purchasing at least 4 years
• Supplier management at least 4 years
• Aerospace at least 4 years
• Contract management at least 4 years

IT :

• MS Excel at least knowledge of detailed functions
• MS Word at least knowledge of detailed functions
• Google Workspace an advantage

Knowledges :

Project management at least basic knowledge

Language skills :

• German at least proficient
• English at least business fluent

further qualification :

• eProc is an advantage
• Airbus experience desirable
