What to expect?

Lead your team as a trusted colleague in end-to-end deliveries of our clients’ Workday Implementations as a functional expert, Delivery Lead or Project Manager

Engage closely with the client project leadership to advise on planning and delivery activities, build trustful relationships and ensure the success of the project

Drive the closure of key design decisions and identify cross-functional impacts

Lead and guide the implementation team throughout the delivery

Prepare and conduct pitches, lead client workshops and presentations and drive client’s decision-making

Qualifications

Experience in leading and delivering complex Workday Transformation projects

Previous experience as a Functional Lead, HCM Lead, Delivery Lead or Project Manager in Workday Transformations

Strong client management experience

Fluent in German and English

Team player with a hands-on-mentality, deep understanding of the value of digital HR-Transformation
