Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development of a new communication platform focusing on electronic data exchange with multiple stakeholders.

This project offers an opportunity to play a key role in a highly technical and collaborative environment, shaping the future of communication within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Leadership : Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of the communication platform development project, ensuring effective coordination between all involved teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Maintain strong collaboration with stakeholders, coordinating project plans and ensuring clear communication.
• Risk Management & Reporting : Track project progress, identify risks, and provide comprehensive reporting, including status updates and lessons learned.
• Workshops & Meetings : Prepare, lead, and follow up on project meetings and workshops to ensure smooth collaboration and progress.
• Documentation : Develop and maintain essential project documents, including project plans, rollout manuals, and migration approaches.

Key Qualifications :

• Experience : Minimum of 5 years in project management, preferably in large IT or communication platform projects, with teams of 10+ members.
• Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of electronic data transfer technologies (SFTP, MQ-Series, WebService) and project planning tools.
• Agile Methodologies : Proficiency in agile methodologies such as SCRUM and SAFe, with hands-on experience using Jira, Confluence, and MS Planner.
• Communication & Teamwork : Excellent communication skills, strong teamwork abilities, and proficiency in MS Office tools for project structure and reporting.
