We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager with technical interest and understanding to join our dynamic team.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading our corporate pricing strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives, and driving profitable growth.

Leverage your strong background in pricing or controlling within a complex industrial environment, combined with excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills to shape and advance our clients (strategic) goals.

Your future role in the Group

• Define and implement pricing objectives that align with the company’s strategic goals
• Conduct market research to develop value-based pricing models and stay ahead of industry trends
• Oversee the pricing process for service products, integrating market and competitor data
• Implement a strategic pricing approach for both direct and indirect customers
• Develop and analyze pricing KPIs to support business objectives
• Ensure adherence to pricing regulations and processes
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute price changes effectively
• Optimize pricing processes and systems for efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead and develop the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

What makes you stand out

• Proven experience of several years in a team leader or management position in the areas of pricing, controlling, business analysis or finance in a complex industrial environment
• Technical understanding as well as interest in developing a strong proficiency of products, services and processes of our client
• Strong business analysis, problem-solving and strategy development skills
• Proven track record of successfully leading diverse teams
• Fluent in English (oral and written), German would be a benefit
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and to interact at all levels of the organization
• Independent, proactive and flexible work style, high say-do ratio and excellent communication skills
