Candidate Requirements

To apply for this program, you’ll need to have strong technical and business analysis skills. You will have worked within the financial sector and possess the following skills :

• Comprehensive understanding of the accounting or controlling process through hands-on commercial experience
• Accounts Payable and Receivables
• Budgeting
• Stakeholder management

The following additional skills are desirable :

• Experience in the manufaturing industry
• Esperience using or managing ERP systems
• Consulting experience

You will also need to be :

• Able to travel as required by the client (2-3 days per month), travel will be mostly in Germany and occasionally throughout Europe
• Able to work in an hybrid (2-3 days per week) setting for the first few months of employment, then 1-2 days per week once settled in the role
