Job Title : Head of Sales
Location : Flexible, Europe
Salary : €90,000 - €95,000 per year + bonus
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales for a hospitality brand. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of 25 sales professionals and manage sales operations across various European regions .
Your primary focus will be driving luxury membership sales , ensuring the growth and success of the brand. This role can be based anywhere is Europe but will require some travel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of 25 sales professionals across different European regions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategie s to drive luxury membership sales.
- Monitor sales performance, set targets , and ensure team alignment with business goals.
- Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team through mentorship and coaching.
- Analyze market trend s and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Coach and training the team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to our members.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in luxury membership sales is a must
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Fluent in English ; additional European languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
