Tasks
Professional support and further development of assigned customers at all organisational levels in accordance with the defined segmentation and support concepts
Achieving the agreed sales and existing customer targets and increasing customer satisfaction
Establishing and maintaining the sales pipeline by identifying business potential and potential customers in the housing industry for the target groups of co-operatives, housing companies, estate agents and property managers.
Strategic account and opportunity management
Acquisition of new customers and initiation of new projects with existing customers
Preparation of sales presentations, customer-related pricing and contract design as well as the realisation of sales success
Developing measures for successful customer acquisition with partners, associations and other bodies. Close cooperation with marketing regarding campaigns to develop the housing market for the target groups of co-operatives, housing companies, estate agents and property managers.
Evaluation, monitoring and professional management of customer-related risks / prevention of escalation, e.g. through targeted support and management of sales reporting
Remote work possible; willingness to travel approx. 40%
Profile
Completed studies, e.g. in business administration or property management, preferably with a sales focus and / or completion of comparable professional training, supplemented by professional experience appropriate to the position
Proven experience and success in penetrating existing customers, knowledge of customers' business processes and a high degree of closing power
Creativity in market development and a segment-specific network (in the industry and with the customer)
Knowledge of IT sales, ideally in the property industry
Enjoy working and liaising with customers as well as extensive experience in concluding contracts
Excellent communication and negotiation skills combined with an independent, results- and goal-orientated way of working
Very good knowledge of German and English
