Let's connect : If you want to experience how things are done in the Global Human Resources team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a temporary basis for 24 months, commencing as soon as possible as a HR Payroll Administrator .
You can look forward to
- You are the contact person for employees and provide information on time management issues
- You support your colleagues in the administration of our job bike programme and our job ticket and thus help to ensure that all employees benefit from those advantages
- You maintain HR core data in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM and ensure that all data relating to salary, holiday, etc. is up to date
- You will also work with another tool at our company : our digital personnel file. This is where you file all documents from A to Z such as employment contracts and references and ensure that everything is properly archived
You come equipped with
- Completed commercial training or a degree in economics or business administration
- Initial professional experience (also gained through internships) in the field of human resources management
- Ideally, knowledge of payroll systems such as SAP (HCM)
- Confident in using Microsoft Office applications and enjoy discovering new digital tools
- German and English at a conversationally fluent level
- Service-orientated, precise and responsible way of working, as well as strong communication and contact skills
