Customer Success Manager - German-Speaking (m/f/d) in Berlin, Konstanz or Remote Germany
Description
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary partner supporting our valued customers, guiding them to achieve their strategic goals and fully leverage their investment in KNIME.
We are looking for a professional with a unique mix of customer expertise and technical foundation, who can establish strong, strategic relationships with our clients.
Your focus will be on enabling seamless product adoption, identifying best practices, and expanding KNIME’s impact within their organizations.
Acting as a liaison, you’ll simplify complex processes and foster communication between the customer and KNIME's teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Professional Services.
Who you are
You have several years of experience in customer success or professional services roles, preferably within large organizations.
You should be an effective communicator (fluent in both English and German), with the ability to adapt to changing priorities while remaining detail-oriented and analytical.
A track record of enhancing customer satisfaction, fostering adoption, and driving expansion is essential.
Familiarity with enterprise or cloud software and previous experience running customer workshops are strongly preferred.
Flexibility to travel up to 50% will be required to meet customer and business needs.

In this role, you’ll manage and deepen client relationships, driving product adoption and ensuring both customer retention and renewal.
You will work closely with customers to develop tailored Customer Success Plans, defining goals and tracking their achievements.
You’ll conduct regular reviews of these plans, presenting progress and updates to both customers and KNIME’s internal teams.
By positioning yourself as a trusted advisor, you will help customers continually see the value of KNIME, identifying opportunities for expanding product usage.
Additionally, you’ll collaborate across departments to address customer needs, assist in workshops, and ensure clients are informed on new products and features.
