Procurement/Sourcing Manager - Corporate Services
- Collaborates with cross-functional colleagues to ensure all category sourcing activities are aligned to an agreed set of goals and priorities
- Establishes category plans and priorities regionally and ensures alignment with divisional business priorities
How will you get here?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or technical field or equivalent combination of experience and education. Master’s Degree is preferred
- Minimum of 7 years procurement / sourcing experience in mid to large multinational companies, with strong category / business engagement experience
- Business sense knows how to assess market / business requirements dynamics and build agreements that yield meaningful business value
- Influences without authority to empower and lead a cross-functional team in multiple geographies.
- Experience in life sciences, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred
- Ability to travel 25 to 50%
