User Research Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced User Research Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user research methodologies and a passion for understanding user behavior.

This role will involve conducting user research, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to improve our products and services.

We are looking for a great User Research Specialist for Germany to join our team.

Job Location : Düsseldorf, Germany

Responsibilities :

• Conduct User Research : Plan, design, and conduct user research studies, including user survey, in-depth interview, focus group, filed study, etc.
• Data Analysis : Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover user needs, behaviors and motivations.
• Insight Delivery : Create detailed reports and presentations to deliver research insights and actionable suggestions to stakeholders.
• Collaboration : Work closely with product team, marketing team to integrate user insights into the product development process.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest user research methodologies and tools, and continuously improve research processes.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or related filed.
• More than 2-year of experience in user research or a related field.
• Fluency in English, multilingual ability (e.g., French, German) is preferred.
• Proficiency in Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong logical thinking, result-oriented, strong ability to withstand pressure and communication, and strong sense of teamwork.
• Permitted to work in the EU (Germany).
