- Professional and disciplinary management of the Head Office Revenue Management department
- Professional leadership and support of the on-property Revenue Managers in international markets and / or franchise operations
- Analysis and evaluation of rooms revenue performances and forecasts
- Regular reporting to the VP Revenue Management on revenue performance, including detailed analysis and recommendations for action
- Strategic planning of annual budgets for existing and new hotels
- Analysis of market trends, competitor activities and historical pricing data to maximize room revenue.
- Development and implementation of best practice processes and organizational structures
- Development, implementation and monitoring of communication and reporting processes between head office and hotels
- Recruiting, coaching and developing employees
Qualifications

- A passion for the hotel industry and a desire to support the global expansion of 25hours
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably with a focus on revenue management
- A sense of responsibility, empathy and the ability to keep an overview
- Enjoy working independently and across departments in a team
- Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
- Fluent German and English is a must, other languages are an asset
- You not only bring your skills, but also your character
