Legal Counsel- up to €90,000

Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal guidance, focusing on contract processing for media, labour law, and other agreements.
- Create practical legal solutions.
- Aid in the rollout and implementation of a new database system, for contract management.
- Analyse, interpret, and evaluate case law on various subjects.
- Conduct training sessions for network employees.
Qualifications
- Completed law state examinations with above-average results.
- Strong contract and employment law expertise.
- Several years of experience in a law firm or a commercial company’s legal department, focusing on contract law.
- Familiarity with copyright and licensing law is a plus.
- Strong commercial and economic understanding, along with excellent negotiating skills and natural confidence.
- Hands-on, responsible, resilient, and reliable.
- Fluent in German and English, above C1 proficiency for both
