Your tasks

• Act as contact person for all departments within the company with regard to material and production planning as well as order management
• Leading regular sales, inventory and operations planning meetings (SIOP) and coordinating them with relevant interfaces, e.

g. sales and production

• Management of the RCCP process (Rough Cut Capacity Planning)
• Responsibility for achieving the DIO (Days Inventory on Hand targets)
• Supporting communication, escalation and prioritization processes with customers
• Planning a smooth flow of materials and information between departments
• Liaising with suppliers or distribution partners to resolve issues related to shipping or deliveries
• Measuring key performance indicators and setting targets and key results for material planning and order management
• Responsibility for professional complaint handling and increasing customer focus across the department
• Managing ERP master data related to planning and order management

Your profile

• Completed studies in logistics, business administration or similar with a focus on production
• Experience in supply chain management
• Fluency in English and German
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Passion for process change and optimization, combined with a hands-on mentality and the ability to inspire and lead a team
• High affinity for data analysis
• Strength in implementing change and perseverance in a changing and challenging environment
• Self-confidence with the ability to prioritize and provide clear communication with customers
