As a result of this growth, we are looking for a talented Digital Content Editor, to join our Sales and Marketing team based in Germany.

The role

The Digital Content Editor role will cover a wide range of creative tasks, with huge strategic impact within the business.

The role plays a pivotal role in supporting MotorK’s customers and the broader marketing team. In this role, the Digital Content Editor is responsible for :

• Content modifications within our CMS (WebSpark), updating and modifying text and images based on customer’s request.
• Promotional rollouts, teaming up with the marketing department for the creation and launch of promotional Landing Pages.
• Supporting client requests on various platforms, including reporting and marketing assistance.
• Issue management, initiating tickets for client-reported bugs and development needs and coordinating resolution with Support, Tech and Dev teams.
• Client communication, regularly updating the client on project status.
• Stakeholder management, addressing all requests, complaints, and queries from dealers.
• Supporting the local marketing team with translations, events organisations and content management for websites and social media.

Requirements

Our ideal Digital Content Editor will have previous experience in Digital Project Management, ideally within the automotive industry.

As well as :

• Marketing campaign management : experience in creating, piloting, and delivering lead-generating campaigns.
• Budget management : skills in managing marketing budgets and analysing performance metrics.
• Sales and marketing experience : experience in commercial development, client relations, and portfolio management.
• German native level and English fluency.

Work pattern and location

• 40 hours a week, Permanent role
• Monday to Friday
• Hybrid
• Office based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
