Your Responsibilities

Join our team as Manager Port Cost Analytics and Operations, where you'll streamline processes, optimize port costs and enhance transparency!

• Analyze port costs, port services and processes, identify saving potential and initiate the necessary measures for its achievement
• Support the port cost budget planning process
• Coordinate and conduct purchasing activities and contract negotiation with third party vendors and initiate the necessary measures for its achievement
• Create and present reports and analysis to communicate to all relevant stakeholders and contribute to an efficient itinerary & port planning process
• Support the berth reservation process for AIDA and Costa vessels in coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Your Profile

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Business, Business Administration and / or Purchasing & Logistic Management
• At least 1,5 years of professional experience in the area of business administration, shipping or logistics, preferable in a cruise shipping company
• Previous professional experience in finance, controlling or any related field. Experience in developing financial reports and presentations is mandatory
• Junior leadership experience as well as excellent negotiation skills
• Result driven personality with a proactive attitude towards tackling challenges and driving results, having excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• Very good English (English is our companys official language)
• Proficient computer skills (having excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint, previous experience in use of MXP is a plus)
