Operations Support System Engineer

We are seeking a Support Engineer to join their team, responsible for implementing and advancing their CMMS.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Serve as the Admin User for the CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System).
• Oversee the implementation, operation, and ongoing enhancement of the CMMS, ensuring alignment with operational and project-specific requirements, processes, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with various departments and projects to implement updates, introduce new features, manage system interfaces, and maintain regular communication with the IT department and system manager.
• Coordinate, prioritise, and monitor all CMMS-related requests and tasks, acting as the main point of contact for operations and maintenance, handling escalations, and developing solutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and teams.
• Manage the operation, maintenance, and documentation of the CMMS, including user administration, diagnosing and resolving errors, adjusting bookings and generating reports, creating asset records, and updating work manuals.
• Facilitate and coordinate internal and external project meetings, activities, and action plans, while generating regular CMMS status updates.
• Develop and deliver CMMS training sessions, and manage operational and maintenance OT devices such as service laptops and tablets.
• Assist with contract management, including preparation, participation, and support.
• Provide general support for O&M projects and actively support the O&M Hub Support Manager.

Qualifications and Profile :

• A completed degree or relevant training in a related field, such as engineering, business administration, or business informatics, is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in common CMMS system, and a strong command of MS Office applications.
• Proficiency in English and German.
• Exceptional organisational and coordination abilities, with a methodical, detail-orientated approach to tasks.
• You easily build relationships and enjoy working within a team to achieve results, supported by your strong communication skills, but are also an independent worker with the ability to meet deadlines and personal goals.
