Working student (and thesis) Global Sales & Sales Excellence (m/f/d)
As of now, we are looking for a working student (m / f / d) for our Global Sales & Sales Excellence department with an optional opportunity to write your final thesis .
As a working student in our international team, you will be responsible for the conception and implementation of a global sales project and you will support us with our Sales Excellence Roadmap and related activities.
Your tasks :
- Analyze relevant literature and data to gain in-depth knowledge and to develop a project concept and deliver a solution
- Intensive research of our market and our customers by evaluating external as well as internal sources through the use of innovative tools and methodologies
- Developing and implementing solutions and approaches to overcome identified challenges
- Supporting the team in the implementation and planning of global sales processes and strategy topics
- Accompanying and actively contributing to the optimization of our business processes and their digitalization in the area of Sales
- Supporting the preparation, communication and planning of training courses for our international sales team
- Creative involvement in the preparation of business presentations
- If applicable, preparation of a final thesis on the topic Customer Satisfaction in the B2G sector
- Development, implementation and independent research as well as co-management of an international project team for the preparation of your thesis
Your profile :
- Enrolled student (m / f / d) in the field of International Business, Intercultural Management, Business Administration or comparable fields of study
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop creative solutions and concept ideas
- Confident use of all common MS Office programs
- Understanding and initial experience of working in a diverse and international team is a plus
- A careful and reliable way of working and a high level of commitment
- Good written and spoken German and very good English skills
- Knowledge of Spanish and / or French is an advantage
