Job Title : Sales Director ( DACH) SaaS Software Sales (First Party Data Management Platform for Enterprise Publisher / Advertising space)

Location : Germany (Remote)

Total Package : c€120-£135K Fixed Salary + £120K-£135K Uncapped Variable OTE + Excellent Benefits + Equity(Package is attractive and can be negotiable to secure the right person)

With over 100 employees globally, our client is Headquartered in London, and is embarking on significant expansion. They have recently gained $75M of investment from Softbank Plc, and have enjoyed year on year growth in new revenue since their inception nearly 10 years ago and are now embarking on their next stage of growth.

This opportunity, known internally and externally as Sales Director (DACH), is a newly created key hire to support their ambitious commercial ARR goals and growth objectives globally.

We’re looking for a Sales Director (SaaS Enterprise Sales) to help us expand in the DACH region

About the role

As a Sales Director focused on the DACH market, you will help the world's leading Publishers understand how this SaaS Platform's offers unrivalled revenue and profitability from their ad sales while preserving the security and privacy of their users.

The Sales team engages with its prospects and customers to educate them on the best practices, agree on the value achievable, and accelerate them to results.

The Sales team works collaboratively with its industry experts and customer delivery professionals, ensuring that the technology drives measurable outcomes for publishers.

You'll also work closely with innovative, market-leading customers and our engineering team to drive and deliver further industry-leading capabilities.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Contributing towards NEW ARR revenue growth in the DACH region with target nominated accounts.
  • Running the complete SaaS sales cycle, from pipeline generation to signing contracts, with the support of Marketing, Industry experts, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and the executive team.
  • Developing and executing a Sales Plan to maximise annual and quarterly targets for your territory.
  • Communicating the benefits of the platform to a variety of audiences, including executive level decision-makers.
  • Producing and delivering tailored sales presentations.
  • Keeping up-to-date with relevant competitive solutions, products and industry trends and helping refine our competitive positioning.
  • Attending industry meetings, conferences and networking events.

What you’ll need to bring to the role :

  • Demonstrable experience as a Net New individual contributor selling B2B solutions to the Enterprise Publisher ecosystem in DACH.
  • Experience in managing deal cycles (6+ months) involving multiple stakeholders within the AdTech industry, from prospecting to close.
  • Outcome focussed approach to sales, with a key focus on achievable value Customer-centric mindset.
  • Familiarity with structured, value focussed sales process within the Publisher Ecosystem in DACH
  • Some familiarity with any structured Value selling process such as MEDDIC.
  • A desire to learn and develop, with a recognition of where your areas of improvement are.
  • A record of overachievement complemented by an ability to engage prospects on a new, but demonstrably better approach to their business.
  • A data-driven approach to managing your business to maximise your chance of success.
  • Excellent executive engagement and presentation skills.
