This Account Executive role is dedicated to Operations Efficiency where our solutions are built to innovate and optimise the efficiency of a companies day-to-day operations.
This has three components :
- Distribution : Optimise logistics processes, strengthen customer relationships and sales opportunities and reduce a companies environmental impact with our one-stop solution for last-mile distribution.
- Maintenance : Give a companies maintenance, asset and reliability team the tools and information they need to operate digital efficiently, increase asset availability, improve overall equipment effectiveness and TPM while reducing costs.
- Service : All-in-one service management software to maximise resource efficiency, improve first time fix rates, net promotor scores, reduce energy, waste and emissions with 360 Field Service Excellence.
YOUR MISSION
As an Account Executive within Distribution, Maintenance and Service at osapiens, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business to existing and new customers.
Your role will encompass three main areas of responsibility : 1. Account and Customer Relationship Management, Sales, and Software License and Cloud Subscription Revenue :
- Annual Revenue : Achieve or exceed quota targets.
- Sales Strategies : Develop relationships with new and existing customers and leverage them to drive strategy throughout the organisation.
- Trusted Advisor : Establish strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value, laying the groundwork for future business opportunities, gathering accurate account information, and investing in coaching.
2. Demand Generation, Pipeline, and Opportunity Management :
- Pipeline Planning : Keep the pipeline current and moving up the pipeline curve.
- Pipeline Partnerships : Leverage support organizations, including Marketing, Inside Sales, Partners, and channels, to funnel pipeline into the assigned territory.
- Advance and Close Sales Opportunities : Execute the sales strategy and roadmap successfully.
- Support all osapiens promotions and events in the territory.
3. Sales Excellence :
- Selling value. Upsell and Cross-sell on the customer base.
- Orchestrate Resources : Deploy appropriate teams to execute winning sales.
- Understand osapiens’ competition and effectively position solutions against them.
- Maintain CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- 6+ years of experience in SaaS Sales
- Proven track record in solution software sales in something similar to Distribution, Service or Maintenance from the perspective of digitalising business processes
- Demonstrated success with often complex transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a consultative and competitive market.
- Experience in working in an international context.
- Business Level English combined with Native level German
