Sales Manager - Europe
We are working with one of Asia's largest chemical agent manufacturers who provide reliable silicone product solutions to various industries, including new energy, rubber, engineering plastics, paints and coatings, adhesives, glass fiber, textiles, automotive, and electronics
They are looking for a motivated Chemical Sales Manager to lead their European sales and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical sales, leadership skills, and a proven ability to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Lead, mentor, and set performance targets for the sales team.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Train the team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Manage the sales budget and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements :
- 8+ years experience in a chemical sales role
- Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field (Master's is a plus).
- Proven success in chemical sales and leadership.
- Strong communication, analytical, and CRM skills.
This is a remote role which will involve travel across Europe.
You must reside and have work authorisation in Germany to be considered for this position.
