We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Germany. This role involves managing and developing key accounts, particularly hospitals and point-of-care (POC) settings, to drive business growth and establish strong, long-term relationships.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in our mission to advance molecular diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Account Management : Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, including hospitals and laboratories. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the molecular diagnostics field. Expand the customer base and drive sales growth.
- Strategic Planning : Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement account strategies that align with company objectives.
- Sales and Negotiation : Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's financial performance.
- Market Analysis : Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our market position.
- Customer Support : Work closely with technical and customer support teams to address client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account progress. Provide regular reports to the General Manager.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in the molecular diagnostics or related field.
- Strong understanding of molecular diagnostic products and the healthcare market in Germany.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key accounts, particularly in hospitals and POC settings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in German and English is essential.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
