HRManager (d / f / m) Commercial DACH & EMEA Service
Come joina fantastic team! As the HR Manager (d / f / m) for our commercial DACHteams (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and EMEA (Europe, Middleeast & Africa) Service teams.
You will partner with Seniorleaders, to propose HR strategy & execute the related HRactions plan to build organizational capabilities, develop diversetalent and teams, enable employee engagement, support organizationevolution and promote a culture ofbelonging.
YOURRESPONSIBILITIES
- Define & owns theright HR strategy & action plan to proactively supportCommercial & Service Director such as Headcount plan evolution,staffing game plan linked with our Talent Acquisition team toattract diverse profile, organizationdesign.
- Lead or contribute to impactful HRprojects for EMEA as part of HR EMEA team and act as change agentto support and lead evolution of thebusiness.
- Coach managers in your client groupto have the best and diverse organization aligned with businessstrategy ensuring robust succession plans in place for key roles,strong development plan for key talents with right opportunities,ensure proactive performance management and monitoring &presenting to the business of all KPIs of HR function (retention,Internal fill rate, diversity,engagement).
- Pro-actively assist, advise &coach managers in your scope on all day-to-day Human Resourcetopics, in accordance with employment law, local best practice, HRpolicies and HR Cycle.
Drive any sensitive matter and advisebusiness the right court of action.
Ensure goodinteraction with Work council inGermany.
YOURPROFILE
- Degree in Human Resources,Business, or a Behavioral Science (CIPD a distinctadvantage)
- 7 years’ Experience as HR BusinessPartner in Germany & multi-countries
- Goodknowledge of law & Employment topics inGermany
- Good understanding of businesschallenges with an appetite for commercial & Servicefunctions.
- Experience supporting managers &employees or HR projects across countries and in multi-culturalenvironment
- Proven ability to work in a dynamicand fast pacedenvironment.
