About the Job :

As the Project Developer (execution), reporting to the Project Development Manager, you will oversee assigned projects from Greenfield to Ready to Build stages.

Your responsibilities will include liaising with relevant authorities and agencies to obtain necessary licenses, permits, and authorizations, as well as managing project stakeholders.

Your Role :

• Manage communication with entities and Public Administrations to obtain permits until projects reach "Ready to Build" status.
• Negotiate agreements with landowners.
• Coordinate and manage bids with external engineering and environmental consultancies.
• Collaborate with legal, technical, and administrative departments.
• Negotiate co-development agreements and oversee project follow-up.
• Support in the "Due Diligence" phase of acquisition operations.
• Assist in all aspects of renewable energy project development, particularly ground-mounted solar power plants, up to construction maturity, including approval and urban land use planning.
• Prepare project development plans, presentations, milestone planning, and budgets.
• Conduct contract negotiations with all project participants.

Your Profile :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or Engineering preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in processing and developing PV projects from Greenfield to Ready to Build in Germany.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• High proficiency in English (written and oral).
• Willingness to travel to construction sites and engage with Public Administrations and Agencies during project development.
• Structured, problem-solving, and agreement-oriented mindset.
• Proactive and self-learning attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Weekly travel to the German office (or usage of Mindspace office in Germany, if applicable).
• High availability for travel; approximately 25% of the time.
