We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Specialist to join our team remotely in Germany . This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with local distributors, retailers, and market channels to drive sales growth.
- Work closely with the company’s headquarters and stakeholders, providing regular updates and feedback on market trends and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, leveraging your understanding of the local market to achieve business objectives.
- Visit distributors, retail channels, and market sites independently to build partnerships and identify new sales opportunities.
Sales Specialist Qualifications
- Legal Residency Status in Germany Ensures compliance with local laws and regulations for seamless market integration.
- Fluent in German and Native Proficiency in Chinese Essential for effective communication with both local market stakeholders and the company’s headquarters.
- Valid Driver's License Required for mobility and visiting market sites and partners independently.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills in both French and Chinese, with an ability to engage effectively across different cultural contexts.
- Sales expertise with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
